Dr. Sarah Coutinho places deep active listening and personalised patient support at the core of her clinical approach. Driven by a genuine commitment to understanding each individual’s unique journey, she is known for her compassionate nature, patience, and meticulous attention to detail. She completed her medical training as a gold-medalist BHMS graduate before pursuing the Masters Course in Advanced Homeopathy (MCAH) from The Other Song Academy. Motivated by a strong interest in the mind-body connection, she also earned a Master’s in Wellness Counselling and a Diploma in Child and Adolescent Counselling.

Dr. Sarah began her clinical practice at The Other Song Clinic, where she learnt from several renowned homeopaths before transitioning into the role of Resident Doctor under the guidance of Dr. Sankaran. Over nearly a decade of clinical experience, she has been actively involved in assisting Dr. Sankaran with developing plant subclasses and superclasses in Homeopathy, collaborating on further enhancing the WISE processes, and in writing the book From Shadow to Light. Together, they have conducted WISE sessions for participants and training for doctors across India, Germany, and Brazil.

She also serves as a mentor for the Gurukul Advanced Practitioner Course, Gurukul Extension, and Gurukul International Courses.

She manages patient care at Dr. Sankaran’s Clinic, specialising in conducting WISE sessions for Indian and international clients. Through this role, she helps patients explore the deeper patterns underlying their health concerns, integrating clinical experience with a holistic understanding of each individual’s experience.
